How we work
Restoration is a trade where the most important work is invisible. Anyone can pull out wet carpet. The difference between a job that holds and one that comes back as a mold problem in six weeks is whether the structure behind the finish was actually dried, and whether anyone measured it.
So we measure. Every drying job starts with a dry standard taken from unaffected material, gets daily readings at marked locations, and ends when those readings hit target rather than when a scheduled number of days has elapsed. Every job produces a written record of what we found, what we removed, why, and what the readings showed.
Why that record matters to you
Two reasons. First, it is what an insurance claim actually runs on — photographs, a defensible scope, and evidence that the structure was dried. Second, it is yours. If a question comes up later, at a sale or an inspection, you have documentation instead of a memory.
